You can access MassCIS by entering your User Name and Password
OR by matching your local town (or Post Office) with the correct
ZIP Code.

1. In the Town drop-down box, please select your city, town, or local Post Office.
2. In the ZIP Code box, please enter the correct five-digit ZIP Code for the city, town, or Post Office that you’ve selected. If you enter a ZIP Code that does not correspond to the town you’ve selected, you will not be able to sign in.
3. In the Type of User drop-down box, please select the user category that you feel best describes you.

Select your town name and enter your five-digit Zip Code. If you are unable to sign in, please check your town / Zip Code match and try again.
